Get all your vitamins from food - Eat all the colors of the rainbow!

"Add color to your diet for good nutrition" is my latest interview with Harvard Men's Health Watch.  The article highlights easy-to-find vegetables (or the foods we commonly think of as vegetables - did you know that zucchini and tomatoes are fruit?) that pack a big nutrient punch.
