Who hasn't heard someone talk about cutting this or that item out of their diet?  Sure, it's probably safe, but is it necessary?

Break the Sugar Habit - it may save your life

If you’re like millions of other Americans, you’ve tried restricting your carbs over the past few years.  While the health benefits of this are much debated, the fact that we need to cut down on added sugar in our diets is not.

Americans eat an average of about 22 to 30 teaspoons of added sugar each day–
that’s 2/3 of a cup of sugar!

Check out my latest interview with Harvard Women’s Health Watch, for simple tips to reduce added sugars in your diet.

By making smarter food choices, you can eat less sugar without feeling deprived.
